In late 2016, Amy left her job of almost 10 years, as the VP of Admin for a large medical cleaning company, to relocate from Denver to the California desert in support of her spouse’s career. Shortly thereafter she became a full time caregiver for a live in adult relative with disabilities.
Amy wanted to find a way to continue to use her extensive knowledge in Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation, Operations Management, and Policy and Procedure creation, while being able to work from home.
This is how the idea of Meith Operational Solutions was born. Amy started doing high-level project work for her previous employer. She knew that she could provide that same support to other companies.
Amy decided that Meith Operational Solutions would be a partner for businesses around the US. To bring her proven skills at an affordable rate so that companies can stay compliant and competitive.
Instead of having to pay for an expensive HR subscription or a large flat fee to get generic compliance or safety material, Meith Operational Solutions only provides custom work, consulting, and training at an affordable hourly rate. An as needed service with no push to subscribe or buy static material.
Amy has over 17 years of Management, Operations and Human Resources experience. But she knows that you never stop learning or growing. Amy has worked on expanding her knowledge base by becoming a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through HRCI (SPHR) and SHRM (SHRM-SCP) in early 2023, staying up to date with changing regulations and laws through her memberships with SHRM, HRCI, and HR.com, and building up her knowledge and resources library in order to better serve customers at Meith Operational Solutions.
